UPDATE: Fall and Winter Rainfall Outlook Leaves Room for Optimism

Although all signs currently point to a La Nina winter here in the North Bay, there is reason for optimism.

That’s because forecast models have been signaling that fall rains may begin in the next few weeks, and that the coming winter may not turn out as dry as many people fear.
