Share with Friends

The vigorous low pressure system that brought soaking rains to Northern California is digging south into the Los Angeles area and east into the Sierra today. The storm will continue to shift east on Tuesday bringing clearing skies to the state by Wednesday. The Bay Area may see some showers on the backside of the low through the day on Tuesday with only light accumulations.

Rainfall amounts were generally from 1/2 inch to 1 1/4 inches across the North Bay and Bay Area.
