How Hot? First 100s Very Possible Inland.

Share with Friends

The hottest temperatures of the year have arrived in the Bay Area and Northern California.  A heat advisory is in effect for the entire region through Thursday.

For the North Bay and the rest of the region, heat will peak on Tuesday, with a very gradual cooling trend through the rest of the week.  In fact Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will all be in the high 90s to low 100s in the valleys of the North Bay.

High pressure is holding strong over our region.

High temperatures region-wide will be sizzling through Wednesday.  Temperatures will range from the 70s along the coast to the low 90s in the valleys to more than 100 degrees in the warmer inland valley locations.

A cool down begins late Thursday.

The good news is that by late in the week, temperatures will be much cooler, with highs returning to near seasonal normals…from the 70s to the 80s over most of Sonoma County and the North Bay.
