As July 4th arrives, North Bay fireworks stands are once again doing a brisk business. But across fire conscious Northern California, their numbers are fewer than ever before.
But, as Karl Van Amburg reports, for some not for profit organizations, the money they bring in is a key part of the year’s fundraising haul.
