Female Entrepreneurs Hosted in Sonoma County

Share with Friends

Some 400 female entrepreneurs and company founders from across the U.S. descended on Sonoma County this week, here to network, share advice and attend workshops focused on succeeding in business.

The 4th annual Circular Summit was hosted by Alice, the online site dedicated to connecting women entrepreneurs to the resources needed to help their businesses grow.

On the final day of the summit, Padma Lakshmi of Bravo TV’s Top Chef dropped by to share her experiences as a woman who has risen in a field dominated by men.

Also on the Summit’s last day, Elizabeth Gore and Carolyn Rodz of Alice announced a joint venture with Pepisco and Stacey’s Pita Chips, to award 20 thousand dollar grants to five women in the food and hospitality field.

The awards will include mentorship opportunities and the chance to win a 100 thousand dollar grand prize.
