Caritas Project Attacks Homelessness
Homelessness is a tough, multilayered problem, and one that needs an aggressive response.
That’s the message Catholic Charities has brought to Santa Rosa with it’s new Caritas Village project. If all goes as planned, the ambitious project will transform the quality, and availability of housing and support, for the North Bay’s homeless population.
