A critical housing shortage, made worse by the October fires, is putting home ownership out of reach of a majority of Sonoma County’s families.  In fact, figures show just one in five can afford a median priced home.  We look at how the affordability crunch is affecting the lives of the county’s young adults, and at a proposed housing bond that could make a big difference.
