Floyd Protest Review Recommends Changes at Santa Rosa PD
Almost a year ago, the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis sparked protests in hundreds of American cities, including Santa Rosa.
This week a long-awaited independent review of the performance of the Santa Rosa Police Department was released, a report that was at times highly critical of the actions the department took to contain the protests in real time.
