Attorney: Tubbs Fire Victims Can Collect from PG&E

Today, Governor Gavin Newsom will sign assembly bill 1054, which will create a $21 Billion pool of money for settling future wildfire claims across California.

At the same time, a Santa Rosa attorney says despite what many believe, Tubbs Fire victims can still take action to collect money from PG&E.

He’s leading an effort to get Sonoma County fire victims signed up to a claimants list, that will be part of the utility’s bankruptcy settlement.
