Arrested Protesters Booked at Sana Rosa JC Parking Garage

Share with Friends

Late last night and early this morning Santa Rosa Police used a Santa Rosa JC parking garage as a mobile booking location for scores of youthful protesters who were taken into custody late Tuesday night near the intersection of Mendocino and Pacific Avenues.

Many of those arrested had blocked the intersection and were later moved to the sidewalk.  The arrests followed a peaceful 4 hour march through the streets of downtown and the JC neighborhood.

Most of those arrested faced charges associated with failing to comply with orders to disperse and violating the city curfew.
