Wednesday will once again be hot, but relief is on the way in the form of a low pressure system set to come onshore north of us Friday with showers and much cooler air reaching the North Bay.
Showers should continue for a time on Saturday morning. Temperatures will be up to 30 degrees cooler! Highs will be generally in the upper 60s Saturday.
And the cool troughs should be around for awhile. Here’s the low arriving on Saturday per the Canadian model.
And the outlook for next Friday the 5th of June.
So don’t look for any more heat waves for a while. As storms pass just to our north, we can expect much cooler temperatures than the past few days with showers possible at times through the period.
Most rain will stay north of us, but we’ll get showers. Here’s the light rain over the weekend.
And the long range outlook through June 8th brings some moisture to our area. Not a lot, but anything will help with fire concerns.
