Sonoma County Coronavirus Update, March 22nd

Sonoma County is asking the public and businesses for donations of needed medical supplies. Supplies in bulk are preferred. New, unopened N95 masks, unused original packaging hospital gowns, unused original packaging protective goggles. Donation Site: Salvation Army. 93 Stony Point Rd, Santa Rosa – Monday – Friday 9am –3pm
California is adding capacity to its hospital bed supply. Currently 78 K beds, another approximately 20K may be needed. State is working to open up formerly shuttered hospitals, moving forward on development of 8 field hospitals and securing hotel and dorm rooms in strategic locations throughout the state
