Rohnert Park Bans Overnight Parking
In the wake of several recent deaths along the SMART tracks, and increasingly visible homeless encampments, the Rohnert Park City Council voted Tuesday to ban overnight parking at city owned lots.
As Karl Van Amburg reports, emotions in the city are running high on both sides of the issue.
