Fire Excavation Causing Headaches

Hundreds of Sonoma County residents are crying foul, claiming that federal contractors over-excavated their fire damaged lots, making it impossible to rebuild.

Now local elected officials are entering the fray, and vow to hold the responsible agencies to their word.  Karl Van Amburg reports.
