Council Puts Brakes on Controversial Cannabis Location
In a landmark test of its new cannabis law, the Santa Rosa City Council sided with the popular Trailhouse taproom and other established businesses, voting to halt the contruction of a cannabis business in a controversial location on Santa Rosa’s east side.
