COTS Grand Opening
In the midst of a housing and homeless crisis, longtime Sonoma County homeless services provider COTS opened a new office in Santa Rosa. The well-attended grand opening brought further attention to the magnitude of the County’s homeless crisis. Karl Van Amburg reports.
