Coffey Park Reimagined
As winter turns to spring, the first new homes are springing up in the Coffey Park neighborhood of Santa Rosa. But despite encouraging signs, most property owners still face a long and complex path to recovery. We talked with two community leaders about their visions and hopes for the neighborhood’s future.
