Beginning today, Sonoma County victims of the Kincade Fire can access county and state help in one place at the Local Assistance Center that opened Monday at the Healdsburg Community Center.

The LAC brings together services like drivers license replacement, state unemployment insurance, mental health services, help with property deeds and other documents, and state programs like Calfresh food assistance.

The Assistance Center will be open every day 10-7 through Wednesday the 6th, and longer if demand warrants.  Sonoma County Supervisors Board Chairman David Rabbitt appeared live on News of the North Bay to talk about the LAC, and the services being offered.
